I admit it. I have no clue who Guy Fieri is. What I have gathered is: he’s a chef, quite possibly with a tv show, but definitely with a new restaurant. Oh, and he’s got a flare for design.
He’s apparently opening a new restaurant in Manhattan and here’s why I think I’m gonna do my homework on Mr. Fieri: the place looks incredible. And I’m not talking about the food.
I’m loving the throw-back to Old-Americana. I’m guessing this restaurant is on its way to being the biggest tourist trap NYC has seen since, well, yesterday. But hey–it’s neato looking.
