A Tuxedo Park Mansion

This Tuxedo Park Mansion designed by Whitney Warren, a Beaux Arts-trained Vanderbilt cousin, is up for sale. Listing price? $12 Million.

Would you expect anything less from a house commonly referred to as Crow’s Nest or Lindley Hall? Especially as it was designed by Warren’s firm Warren & Wetmore–the very same firm that designed Grand Central Station?

This 25,000 sq foot home boasts 17 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Oh yeah, and 17 fireplaces.

So, the question that remains is…who’s buying?
