Maybe it’s because I make such a mess in the kitchen. Maybe it’s because I hate dashing back to a cookbook and trying to quickly skim the tiny font to find the next step. Maybe it’s because I had a weird obsession with chalk boards as a pre-teen.
Whatever the raison d’etre, I absolutely love chalk board walls, especially in the kitchen. The best part is how incredibly easy this is to accomplish: a quick trip to the hardware store and a $5 can of chalkboard paint should do the trick.
All you need next is invite your 9 year old niece or nephew over to clean the erasers.
